Our top executive is a cognitive scientist whose first career was in Human Resources, where he served as Compensation Director, OD Consultant, and VP Human Resources (30 people reporting).
After earning advanced degrees in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience he launched our business in 1991 with these 3 rules:

We will be busy supporting client users and collaborating with technology buyers-license holders to tailor our systems and applications to each client's unique needs and resources.
To ensure the technology is used effectively we will increasingly offer training to client users, licence-owners, and contractors in products of greatest value or interest to them. At the same time we intend to partner with HR supplier organizations with complimentary technology.
Our talent-performance research will shift focus to our passion for finding-developing 'genius' in everyday people and then applying it in ways that will enable-enhance their work-life success.
