Skills Inventory analyzes the depth-scope of an individual's skills in their occupation or management level. Human Resource pros or managers use the technology to identify competency standards for jobs and to assess an individual, group, or even entire functions. Individual and/or group ratings may then be used for a variety of practical purposes like rating competence, identify development needs, inventorying strengths, succession plans, or to assess readiness for promotion.

Work-Life Analytics software consolidates data from a broad range of assessment-development resources to serve a wide range of practical uses: 1) analyzing learning priorities, 2) diagnosing performance problems, 3) assessing promotion readiness, 4) performance management, and 5) talent development/management. The tool is operational but still undergoing experimental design modifications so it is more of a 'work in process' that works. Like all our tools it is being continuously adapted to improve usability and our clients partner in this improvement process.
