Our product catalog has over 150 resources that provide diverse analytics, assessment resources,  assessment-based development, and coaching services.

'We Don't Guess...We measure' is our company motto because we started in 1991 with research that  measured what distinguished high performers and went on to create an extensive inventory of tools to assess-develop talent-performance

Talent Engineering Technology  is our singular specialty

Development occurs most quickly and effectively when it is preceded by a quantitative assessment of performance-knowledge-skill needs based on on high-achievable standards.

Success Workshop is Our Most Popular Product

Pick any resource from this assessment-development catalog. Odds are it will have immediate utility somewhere in your organization. But the best way to get acquainted with how items in our inventory can be of the most-best use is to scan the catalog for solutions to a problem that you know needs attention. If you can't decide where to start we understand and that's why we offer a free analysis of your priorities.

The greatest problem that most people have with work-life balance is not the competing demands for time-attention but rather the lack of ‘guiding rules’ to manage these conflicts as a ‘dynamic process’. Achieving balance is like two people on a teeter totter. Maintaining constant or perfect equilibrium is not realistic or practical, but applying equal-and-opposite force to an imbalance keeps the process of working smoothly. Here's 5 examples:

  1. Treat temporary peaks in work or home demands as ‘time debts’ that must be repaid (if you take time from your family- give it back later).
  2. Create 'Social Contracts' with people at work and home to accept some variation in your  priorities/schedules/availability.
  3. Recognize that it is perfectly normal and acceptable to do a little work at home and conversely, bring a little bit of your 'home life' to the job.
  4. Leverage your manageable time in accordance with your important life values instead of just ‘urgent pressures’ that never seem to end.
  5. Know that we stay in control by consciously choosing actions that produce balanced consequences. Learn more about staying in balance.

Self-Others Awareness is vital to success in nearly every job and is equally important to a maintain a satisfying home-personal life. This critical skill often distinguishes very successful people from equally experienced but lower performing peers. For this reason

we assess-coach-train more people in this skill than any other development area and regard it as a key client value contribution.

We carry a correspondingly large inventory of tools to improve social-interpersonal competence, E.I., and diversity awareness.
