LEADERSHIP LEARNING LAB (L3) is a client and participant tailored leadership development/training/coaching program that evolved over two decades of developing executives in a multi-media learning process that involved formal training, internal workshops, coaching, mentoring, self-study, participant pairing, and experiential assignments. A 'high potential ' development program mirrored the executives' but with less structure and more individual tailoring of learning. Next a menu of resources from the various development events/library was instituted for department and small group leaders development.
Flexible, low cost, and timely learning solutions can be delivered to leaders at all levels. Using the established array of alternative learning resources, flexible-modular development configurations can be set up quickly from the L-3 inventory so instead of just a rigid program for a select few L3 is a situation-defined leadership development process that never grows old.
